The Process

Step 1: High Pressure Roof Clean

Your existing tiles and ridges will be thoroughly cleaned using our high pressure professional cleaning equipment, this process will remove all moss, algae and any dirt that is covering the roof surface. We also clean the guttering and fascias to eliminate all traces of unwanted film and other build up. This is then bagged and removed from your property

Step 2: Roof Maintenance and Restoration

Express Roof Coatings will then carry out a full renovation service on your roof making sure NO corners are cut. All loose and broken mortar between ridges crests and hip tiles are hacked out and treated by re-pointing with re-enforced mortar. All broken cracked or damaged tiles are replaced making sure the roof is now fully prepared and ready for the next step

Step 3: Fungicidal Wash and Flush

A bio degradable water based solution is then applied to every roof tile this treatment will prevent moss and algae from re growing on your roof and will prevent any underlying deterioration to the sealant process and the top coatings.

Step 4: ISONIT Roof Sealer

ISONIT Roof Sealer is a major part of the ISONIT Roof Coating System; this special sealant needs to be applied to the full surface of the roof that is being treated, which will reinforce the micro-elasticity to exfoliated tiles allowing them to bond. This will stabilise and seal the roofs surface and also creates the perfect platform for the ISONIT Roof Coating.

Step 5: ISONIT Roof Coating

ISONIT Roof Coating is then applied in full accordance with the manufacturers specifications from a choice of the colours we offer. We use specialist airless spraying equipment to make sure every tile is covered and no area is left untouched.

Step 6: Cleanup

Once your roof coating has been completed Express Roof Coatings will then undergo a complete and thorough clean up to ensure that we leave your premises clean and tidy just the way we found it...
